The Westin at Frenchman’s Reef in St. Thomas invites passionate leaders to join as Director of Engineering. You will oversee a dynamic team and manage all engineering operations to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Lead strategic plans, maintain systems, drive energy efficiency, and ensure safety compliance while collaborating with other departments. This Caribbean luxury setting offers a unique opportunity to elevate infrastructure and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Directorial or assistant director experience required.
• 3–5 years' hotel or institutional HVAC systems experience.
• HVAC/Refrigeration certification.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and life-safety systems.
• Budget management and cost-control experience; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Director or Assistant Director required
• Hotel, institutional, HVAC systems experience of 3-5 years
• Refrigeration, HVAC certification
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, life safety systems, preventative maintenance systems etc
• Budget management, cost control and financial responsibility experience with stationary engineering licensed preferred Valid Driver's license
• Ability to communicate effectively with public and other Team Members
