Job summary

Shea Concrete Products in Amesbury, MA is seeking an Engineering Estimator for our headquarters. This full-time, non-exempt role supports customers by delivering technical solutions, drawings, and accurate cost estimates to drive orders through production and delivery.

You will draft submittals with Bluebeam Revu and Excel, read plans for takeoffs, generate quotes, and assist during bidding, while maintaining strong communication with customers to ensure a seamless experience from order through

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD or SolidWorks a plus.

Responsibilities

Drafting capabilities using Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Excel to generate submittals and production drawings.
Reading plans to produce takeoffs and generate estimates and orders.
Generate sales quotes and orders.
Provide accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial projects, ensuring that remain competitive while maintaining quality standards.
Provide support during the bidding process.
Communicate with customers regarding orders, submittals, production, and delivery.
Follow order through production to delivery in order to provide a seamless customer experience.
