• Handle estimating processes.
• Create electronic job folders.
• Perform budgeting for projects.
• Manage the sales gate process and metrics.
• Obtain vendor pricing.
• Create contract proposals.
• Present proposals with next steps.
• Review contract scope and pricing.
• Conduct contract document reviews.
• Prepare job starts and handoff to production.
