Job summary

Sirius Staffing is seeking an Equipment Engineer Manager for a facility in Beverly, MA. You will lead the design, development, installation, and maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, driving reliability and efficiency through structured improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 5–10 years of equipment management experience, and proven leadership. On-site 100% schedule Mon-Fri, 8-hour days with flexible timing. Master’s is a plus.

Qualifications

Compensation: $150K ($72/hr) Schedule: On-site 100% with a schedule of Mon-Fri, 8-hour days (flexible schedule between 7:30-5:00)

Job Description

As an Engineering Equipment Manager in the Semiconductor dept., you will be responsible for leading the design, development, installation, and maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• Lead, guide, and mentor a team of equipment engineers and technicians.
• Drive equipment reliability and efficiency through structured process improvement initiatives.
• Manage equipment-related projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.

• Provide technical support and maintain accurate documentation on equipment performance and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5–10 years of experience in equipment management, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
• Proven leadership and project management experience.
• Familiarity with cleanroom environments, SPC, and diagnostic tools.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and various OS platforms.
• Relevant certifications and/or military experience in electronics or engineering fields are a plus.
