Toyota Material Handling North America is seeking an Engineering Documentation Specialist for a first-shift, in-person role in Greene, New York. You will create, test, and validate documentation supporting software releases, engineering changes, testing, and product development, while coordinating with engineering, change control, and marketing to keep processes moving.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Practical understanding of engineering principles and documentation practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy.
• Effective interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Associate degree or completed college coursework in a technical program.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering teams to prepare and process engineering change requests.
• Collaborate with engineering, change control, and marketing to move changes through the processes.
• Read and interpret engineering prints, technical documentation, and related materials.
• Create clear, accurate standard work instructions and supporting documentation.
• Troubleshoot using technical documentation and ensure documentation is completed on time.
• Collect data through hands-on work and assist with assessment and evaluation.
• Evaluate development software, testing processes, and procedures.
• Work in an engineering lab environment to assess product development.
• Occasionally use hand tools to build or modify equipment.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Wage - $27.52 - $35.29 per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
