Job summary

RADIALL S.A. in Oregon is seeking an Engineering Document Controller to ensure accurate, current product documentation for engineering, sales and production. You will manage drawings, SAP/ERP data, and ECO coordination to keep master records up-to-date.

The role requires strong data entry, attention to detail, and the ability to interact with multiple departments to avoid customer impact and improve information reliability across PLM and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in engineering/document control or similar roles.
• Assist and communicate with the company’s departments to coordinate documentation.
• Analyze activity data and indicators to improve information flow.
• Entering data in the ERP system (ERP, SAP; PLM systems).

Responsibilities

• Configure (create/change/delete) in SAP to modify part numbers and related data.
• Complete drawing/SolidWorks drawings generation and updates.
• Develop initiatives to improve the quality and reliability of information.
• Track, process, and coordinate incoming document flow.
• Ensure updating of master documents following changes in plans or processes.
• Coordinate ECO data packets and provide feedback to originators.
• Coordinate the ECO process and assist flow services.
• Assist and support various flow services.

Job description

The Engineering Document Controller ensures that engineering, sales, and production have timely, correct, and current information about products and processes; documentation is trackable, traceable, conforming to regulations and controlled. Future tasks; create and configure new part numbers in SAP.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage data for products under development or in production
• Configure (create, change, delete) in SAP to change one or more part numbers (Materials Master/BOM/Cycle Times and Costing)
• Complete Drawing / SolidWorks drawings generation and updates
• Develop initiative to improve the level of quality information, simplify it, and make it more reliable
• Tracking, processing, and coordination of incoming document process
• Ensure the updating of the master documents following changes in the plan/processes or other request for updates
• Perform cross checks of the ECO data packets and provide feedback to originators on needed adjustments.
• Coordinate the eco process
• Assist and support the various flow services
