Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive the Gas Turbine Fuel Systems Division with global product development responsibility. You will guide multiple programs, manage budgets, and interact with executive leadership and customers to set strategic direction.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, shaping technology roadmaps, and ensuring regulatory compliance while building leadership pipelines for long-term capability growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; master's preferred.
• 12–15 years of related leadership experience in engineering.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-region engineering programs.
• Strong understanding of aerospace technologies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Articulate a compelling technology vision and align resources to the strategy.
• Direct multi-unit and global product development with cross-functional teams.
• Develop long-range budgets and resource projections to meet goals.
• Ensure IP protection and regulatory compliance across programs.
• Provide leadership to ensure timely completion of critical project stages.
