Qualifications

• 20+ years in plant process and rotating equipment engineering.
• Hands-on experience inside food, dairy, or beverage production facilities.
• Knowledge of sanitary plant equipment: separators, pasteurizers, homogenizers, CIP systems.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing technical teams.
• Controls and instrumentation experience (PLC/HMI) in a process equipment context.

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop a small technical team at CPR.
• Own CPR's internal training program and hands-on on significant projects.
• Serve as a senior engineering voice with key plant customers.
