Job summary

Titus Talent Strategies in the Madison, Wisconsin area seeks a Senior Process Engineer to own end-to-end sanitary process design for dairy and related projects, from concept through commissioning.

You’ll lead P&ID and PFD development, mass balances, equipment sizing, RFQ creation, and sit across the table from clients to tailor solutions to each plant’s needs.

This role offers direct client ownership, a path to technical leadership, and the chance to shape design standards as the firm scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 8–10+ years of process engineering experience (or 5–7 years with dairy plant ops).
• Hands-on dairy or high-sanitary process design experience with independent mix-proof valve cluster design.
• Ability to travel domestically approximately 30%.

Responsibilities

• Own P&ID, PFD, and mass balance for dairy and sanitary projects.
• Design mix-proof valve clusters and fully automated sanitary systems.
• Size equipment and develop RFQs; manage supplier relationships.
• Direct client relationships from scoping conversations through startup and commissioning.
