Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; master's preferred.
• 8+ years engineering experience in industrial equipment/manufacturing.
• At least 3 years leading and developing engineers.
• Proven business acumen balancing technical, operational, and financial priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with internal and external partners.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the engineering team across multiple disciplines.
• Provide direction for design through project completion.
• Ensure solutions meet technical, quality, schedule, and budget goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and executives.
• Mentor engineers and build a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Drive Lean and Kaizen initiatives to reduce scrap and improve yield.
• Own ECO/ECN processes and data accuracy in ERP.
