QuickCable Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a Director of Engineering to provide strategic leadership for the engineering team, aligning projects with business objectives and customer success. The role partners with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing and executive leadership to drive growth and operational excellence.

You will mentor engineers, develop processes, own drawing control and ECO/ECN, and focus on die casting and cable assembly performance, lean improvements, and on-floor presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 8+ years of progressive engineering experience in industrial settings.
• Proven success leading and developing engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills within the organization and with external partners.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the engineering team, including project engineering, project management, and design/drafting (SolidWorks and AutoCAD).
• Provide direction for successful execution of engineering projects from design through completion.
• Ensure engineering solutions meet technical, quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and executive leadership to support complex customer opportunities and initiatives.
• Own drawing control, revision management, and ECO/ECN processes end to end.
