M3 is seeking a Director of Cloud Networking and Infrastructure to lead the design, architecture, and ongoing operation of our cloud network, focusing on the Azure platform hosting our core SaaS products. You will oversee hybrid connectivity, VDI delivery, security, and resilience across multiple environments.

The role requires 10+ years in network/infrastructure, strong Azure expertise, and proven leadership to drive a scalable cloud roadmap in a fast-paced hospitality SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Deep experience with cloud network architecture (Azure)
• Hybrid connectivity and infrastructure performance engineering
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder communication
• Experience with security concepts across SOC 1, ISO contexts
• Proven ability to guide multi-disciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Owns Azure-based cloud network architecture and health
• Leads hybrid connectivity between Azure and private cloud/on-prem environments
• Manages Citrix/VDA and FSLogix for VDI delivery
• Drives disaster recovery, business continuity, and RPO/RTO planning
• Ensures network security and compliance across the stack
• Develops infrastructure-as-code standards and runbooks
