Responsibilities

The role involves leading a large portfolio or client account, providing senior technical and operational support, and developing policies for various building types managed by CBRE, ensuring quality control across properties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage financial performance of the business unit within the account.
  • Contribute to tactical and strategic planning.
  • Assist in acquisition underwriting and due diligence.
  • Drive new business development through opportunity identification, client engagement, proposals, and presentations.
  • Oversee planning, budgeting, and control of expenditures.
  • Approve special billings and prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting and conduct property inspections.
  • Recommend and oversee property maintenance and reconditioning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and control departmental functions.
  • Manage direct and matrix reports, including staffing, training, and performance management.
  • Approve staffing decisions and monitor resource utilization.
  • Lead and support staff development and performance evaluations.
  • Model company values and behaviors.
Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with at least eight years of related experience; a Master's degree is preferred. Supervisory experience is required. Professional designations such as CPM, RPA, or CCIM are preferred, along with active real estate or PE licenses.

Skills and Abilities
  • Strong communication skills, capable of analyzing complex documents and presenting effectively.
