Job summary

Movement Search & Delivery is seeking a Design & Documentation Supervisor to lead engineering design packages for capital and sustaining projects in Pasadena, TX. You will coordinate internal and external resources, ensure design quality and documentation governance, and mentor team members.

Responsibilities include design checking, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, and supporting change management and project schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years in industrial engineering design or document control.
• 5+ years leading multidisciplinary design or contractor resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in development and management of engineering design deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal and external design resources and stakeholders.
• Oversee design checking, quality control, and documentation governance.
• Mentor designers and document control personnel with standards guidance.
• Support stage-gate reviews and timely handover of documentation.
