The ideal candidate will assist in identifying process gaps and help implement solutions while managing project schedules and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of design engineers producing production documentation.
• Work with engineers to produce high quality mechanical designs.
• Ensure on-time release of documentation and BOMs for products and projects.
• Review designs for accuracy and adherence to internal and industry standards.
• Serve as design engineering point of contact to project management, systems engineering, production, test engineering, and others as needed.
• Assist in identifying gaps in processes and training needs; help implement solutions.
• Manage design team's project schedules and prioritize tasks when conflicts arise.
