Job summary

As the central point of coordination, you will manage architecture and engineering consultants, internal teams, and vendors, driving constructible, coordinated design packages

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing complex design programs.
• Experience coordinating architecture and engineering teams.
• Proven track record working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience guiding design from planning to construction.
• Ability to simplify complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead design process from early planning through construction administration.
• Coordinate architecture, engineering consultants, internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure design solutions meet objectives, cost targets, and schedule.
• Review drawings and specifications for constructability and alignment.
• Manage design feedback and integration of stakeholder requirements.
