• Ability to translate strategy into actionable steps and oversee execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering execution leadership on medium to large projects or a project area.
• Oversee development and enforcement of engineering budget, schedule, and quality.
• Promote competitiveness by delivering high-value, technically competent services.
• Lead interfaces between engineering disciplines and support execution strategy.
• Set a positive project culture with the Project Manager and Director.
