Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree in engineering and 16 years of experience.
• Two-year degree with 18 years of experience or 20 years if non-degreed.
• Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Professional registration and active participation in technical societies.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team performance and delivery per project baseline.
• Coordinate interfaces between disciplines and ensure execution strategy.
• Set positive project culture with Project Manager and Project Director.
• Develop engineering components of Scope of Services and execution strategy.
• Oversee budget, schedule and quality across engineering work.
