Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Engineering Delivery Leader to guide cross-functional engineering teams in Retail Front Store modernization and AI-enabled initiatives. The role emphasizes strategic roadmap delivery, risk management, and disciplined execution in a fast-paced environment.

The Lead Director will partner with architecture, product, and PMO to shape initiatives, measure outcomes, and drive sustained value across front store merchandising.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading technology program delivery or large software programs.
• 8+ years in matrix-team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• 2+ years coordinating across architecture, product, PMO and cross tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and modernization roadmaps for Retail Front Store value streams.
• Drive AI enabled transformations and execution strategies.
• Identify and manage risks; drive cross-workstream dependencies to resolution.
• Maintain End-to-End program plans with timely status reporting to stakeholders.
• Define, measure and track KPIs to ensure business outcomes for FS merchandising.
• Establish AI best practices for technical execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, Technology and vendors to support the roadmap.
