Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Engineering Delivery Leader to drive transformation across Retail Front Store Modernization initiatives. You will align cross-functional engineering teams, shape roadmaps, and deliver AI-enabled strategies that accelerate front store merchandising priorities.

The role requires proven leadership in large software programs, strong execution discipline, and effective stakeholder communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology program delivery or large software programs with KPI reporting.
• 8+ years leading matrix teams.
• 4+ years partnering with architecture, product and PMO.
• 2+ years in a leadership role coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and modernization roadmaps for Retail Front Store Value streams.
• Drive AI-enabled transformations and execution strategies.
• Identify and manage risks, engage teams to drive resolution.
• Identify and manage cross-workstream technical dependencies.
• End-to-End Program Plan with timely tracking and reporting.
• Manage program-level status reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Define, measure and track KPIs to show business outcomes for FS merchandizing.
• Drive AI adoption and best practices for technical execution.
• Build relationships with Business, Product and Technology partners and vendors.
