Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking an engineering support professional to perform admin and technical documentation duties under minimal supervision, assisting Engineering, Sales and Marketing. The role involves maintaining records, managing SAP reports, drafting line art with Auto CAD, coordinating ECM processes, and supporting labeling, libraries, and tool suites across Hubbell's Killark product divisions.

The ideal candidate has a 2-year technical degree (bachelor's preferred) and 1-3 years

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains records for KILLARK product divisions.
• Summarizes and determines actions from SAP data reports.
• Checks forms and source data for accuracy and policy adherence.
• Traces errors and refers unusual situations to Product Managers or responsible Engineer.
• Maintains files, classification, and filing (manual/electronic).
• Oversees the KILLARK Engineering Library and keeps files/links up to date.
• Maintains Labelview and Scriba systems for labeling/laser needs.
• Works with Auto CAD (2D Drafting) for line art for catalogs.
• Acts as SAP ECM Coordinator and manages ECM change workflow.
• Supports other engineering processes as required.

Under minimal supervision performs advances and responsible technical documentation and administrative support to Engineering, Sales and Marketing.

• Establishes and maintains a variety of records requiring knowledge of KILLARK® product divisions.
• Summarizes and determines actions needed from SAP data reports created by Hubbell India.
• Checks forms, reports, and other source data for accuracy and completion as well as adherence to KILLARK® company policy.
• Traces and corrects errors and discrepancies and refers unusual situations to Product Managers and/or responsible Engineer.
• Establishes and maintains files, classifying, sorting, and filing material, manually and/or electronic.
• Oversees and maintains the KILLARK Engineering Library and keeps files and links up to date.
• Maintains Labelview and Scriba systems for labeling and laser needs.
• Works with Auto CAD (2D Drafting) for drafting needs and creation of line art for catalogs.
• Acts as an SAP ECM Coordinator - oversite of the ECM change structure and workflow.
• Supports other engineering processes as required. Other duties as assigned
