Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking an engineering support professional to perform admin and technical documentation duties under minimal supervision, assisting Engineering, Sales and Marketing. The role involves maintaining records, managing SAP reports, drafting line art with Auto CAD, coordinating ECM processes, and supporting labeling, libraries, and tool suites across Hubbell's Killark product divisions.

The ideal candidate has a 2-year technical degree (bachelor's preferred) and 1-3 years

Qualifications

2-year technical degree minimum; bachelor’s degree preferred.
1-3 years of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

Establishes and maintains records for KILLARK product divisions.
Summarizes and determines actions from SAP data reports.
Checks forms and source data for accuracy and policy adherence.
Traces errors and refers unusual situations to Product Managers or responsible Engineer.
Maintains files, classification, and filing (manual/electronic).
Oversees the KILLARK Engineering Library and keeps files/links up to date.
Maintains Labelview and Scriba systems for labeling/laser needs.
Works with Auto CAD (2D Drafting) for line art for catalogs.
Acts as SAP ECM Coordinator and manages ECM change workflow.
Supports other engineering processes as required.
