Job summary

Polluxa, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Group Contracts Administrator to support the drafting, review, and administration of internal work orders and third-party engineering agreements, as well as related portions of contracts with the project’s owner.

This role can be based in Houston, TX; Boise, ID; Overland Park, KS; or Spokane, WA, and includes maintaining the contract repository, tracking licensing requirements, and coordinating contract and invoicing reporting with Accounting.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and reviewing professional services agreements.
• Ability to maintain contract repository and licensing records.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Engineering and Legal on contract matters.
• Draft, review, and track work orders and statements of work under professional services agreements and teaming agreements.
• Route contracts for legal review and signature with proper routing and authorization.
• Track and maintain records of professional licensing, certifications, and registrations.
• Maintain and provide reporting exports from contract data tooling to internal stakeholders.
