Job summary

Qualifications

• MBA required; CPA/CMA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in finance/administration.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience managing complex budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Experience in higher education, healthcare, or similarly complex organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and oversees financial operations, budget development, forecasting, and personnel administration for the College.
• Leads administrative operations, staff processes, and coordination with central University offices.
• Oversees facilities planning, space allocation, and renovation planning for admin, academic, and research needs.
• Oversees information technology services and planning for administrative, teaching, and research activities.
• Leads strategic planning, project management, and implementation planning for major initiatives.
• Serves on College and University committees, liaising with central offices on finance, HR, facilities and IT.
