Dematic's Engineering & Delivery Optimization (EDO) Co-op Program offers students a chance to gain practical engineering experience through successive rotations across multiple EDO teams. Interns contribute to real projects supporting development, validation, deployment, and continuous improvement of Dematic automation solutions.

The program appeals to candidates who enjoy turning ideas into reality, with hands-on experience building, testing, troubleshooting, coding, fabricating, or improving

Qualifikationen

Curiosity about how technical systems work.
Creative problem solving and willingness to prototype, test, and improve ideas.
Hands-on experience with building, fabricating, or programming projects.
Ability to learn new engineering tools, applications, and processes.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in a technical environment.

Aufgaben

Complete rotations across multiple EDO teams with learning objectives.
Contribute to engineering, software, validation, operations, and process-improvement work.
Apply classroom knowledge to practical mechanical, electrical, software, and automation challenges.
Build, test, analyze, document, troubleshoot, and improve solutions under guidance.
Collaborate across functions and present clear technical findings.
