Job summary

Dematic's Engineering & Delivery Optimization Co-op Program offers students hands-on engineering experience through rotating assignments across multiple EDO teams. The intern will contribute to real projects supporting automation solutions, with emphasis on testing, troubleshooting, coding, and improving technical systems.

Gain exposure to development, validation, deployment, operation, and continuous improvement while collaborating with engineers, operations professionals, and business leaders.

Qualifications

Engineering coursework and design projects
Participation in accredited co-op program
Academic standing to meet co-op requirements

Responsibilities

Complete structured assignments across multiple EDO teams during rotations.
Contribute to engineering, software, validation, operations, and process-improvement work.
Apply classroom knowledge to mechanical, electrical, software challenges.
Document analyses and presentations; communicate findings clearly.
Demonstrate safe work practices and professional conduct.
Collaborate across functions with guidance from engineers and specialists.
