Stanley Black & Decker Co‑Op Engineering 2027 is a full‑time, paid internship located onsite in Valley City, Ohio. Interns rotate through product development, testing quality and advanced manufacturing, depending on interests and coursework.

You will be supervised by the Co‑op Program Manager and paired with a peer mentor. Applicants are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in mechanical, computer, software, or electrical engineering, with strong academics and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, computer, software, or electrical engineering and have completed freshman year by the beginning of program start date.
• Maintains a solid record of academic achievement.
• Self-motivated with ownership and accountability, able to work in teams or individually.
• Demonstrates leadership through student organizations, athletics, volunteerism, or similar activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Co‑op interns will be placed in one of several engineering departments based on interests, skills, and coursework.
• Will work on challenging, real‑world assignments supervised by the Co‑op Program Manager.
• Opportunity to participate in leadership development, networking and community activities.
