Job summary

Cenovus Energy offers a multi-discipline student internship across Ohio (Lima, Toledo, or Dublin) for a 4‑month term beginning January 2028. In this role you will gain hands-on experience in chemical/mechanical/electrical engineering, accounting & finance, supply chain, logistics, and marketing operations under mentorship.

The program emphasizes collaboration, data analysis, and professional growth in a structured environment for students pursuing STEM and business tracks.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited post-secondary program and returning to full-time studies after the term.
• Available to begin January 2028 and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong teamwork, analytical thinking, and Excel skills are expected.
• Excellent interpersonal, judgement, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze process, environmental, and safety data to support performance improvements.
• Assist with process monitoring, troubleshooting, and engineering projects.
• Support EH&S and process safety compliance through audits and documentation.
• Collaborate with teams to support operations, reporting, and continuous improvement.
