Stanley Black & Decker invites you to join our Towson Design Center as a Co-op in Winter & Spring 2027. You’ll work 40 hours per week in mechanical, computer, software, or electrical engineering teams on challenging, real-world assignments.

You’ll be supervised by the Co-op Program Manager and paired with a peer mentor, with leadership development and networking activities throughout the term.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, computer, software, or electrical engineering.
• Strong academic record and leadership through student organizations or activities.
• Self-motivated, able to work in teams and individually, with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Co-op in engineering departments based on interests, skills and coursework.
• Contribute to real-world assignments under supervision of the Co-op Program Manager.
• Engage in leadership development, networking and community activities.
