Stanley Black & Decker invites you to join our Towson Design Center as a Co-op in Winter & Spring 2027. You’ll work 40 hours per week in mechanical, computer, software, or electrical engineering teams on challenging, real-world assignments.

You’ll be supervised by the Co-op Program Manager and paired with a peer mentor, with leadership development and networking activities throughout the term.

• Strong academic record and leadership through student organizations or activities.

Co-op interns will be placed in one of the following departments based on interests, skills, experience & coursework:* Product Development (Electrical Systems, Software Systems, Mechanical Systems)* Testing **The Person:*** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, computer, software, or electrical engineering.* Maintains a solid record of academic achievement.* Self-motivated and has a sense of ownership and accountability.* Capable of working in both a professional team and individual environment.* Demonstrates leadership skills through student organizations, athletics, volunteerism, or similar activities.* Utilizes strong written and verbal communication skills.* Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.* Flexible and able to thrive in a rapidly changing, highly complex environment.* Must be a US citizen, a lawful permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States. **The Details:*** The position will be located at our Towson, Maryland Design Center.* This is a full-time, 40 hours per week commitment, and start/end dates align with school semesters.* Housing stipends will be available for relocation each work term.* Summer: July-Sept* Fall: Oct.-Dec* Winter: Jan-March* Spring: April-June **Pay Range Language:** The base pay range for this position is $22- $27 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
