Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in a related engineering field with an Engineering Internship Program.
• Ability to work effectively across a variety of engineering and manufacturing assignments.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to interface effectively with all contacts.
• Ability to work effectively with others and be a collaborative, participative team player.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications; CAD systems such as AutoCAD or Creo/Pro-E.

Responsibilities

• Acquire knowledge of the operations, functions, responsibilities, and workflows of various engineering departments.
• Observe assignments performed by others and actively participate in hands‑on projects and/or special assignments.
• Maintain communication with your program coach/mentor (if assigned) to provide feedback on departmental assignments and program improvements.
• Attend related training (where provided) and apply what you learn to your work assignments.
• Perform other related responsibilities.
