Arthrex, Inc. is seeking a dedicated engineering co-op to support the SYNERGY Manufacturing group in Ave Maria, FL.

The role emphasizes insourcing new products, validating machinery, and implementing process improvements with a focus on imaging and resection processes. The ideal candidate is pursuing Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering, comfortable with SolidWorks and CNC equipment, and able to communicate clearly in writing and speech.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a full-time student pursuing an engineering degree (Biomedical or Mechanical).
• Junior or above; recent graduates within six months qualify.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• SolidWorks and CNC machinery knowledge are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Validate new and existing machinery used in SYNERGY Manufacturing.
• Create and implement process improvements for manufacturing.
• Design and manufacture shop aids to assist production.
• Conduct product testing and document/analyze results.
