Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. is seeking an Engineer I to support manufacturing processes for sutures at the Ave Maria, FL site.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and entails leading process improvements, implementing new equipment, and developing manufacturing instructions to ensure cost-effective, quality production. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical and communication skills, experience in cross-functional teams, and familiarity with CAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
Knowledge of suture assembly processes or techniques.
Ability to work independently and effectively with cross functional teams.
Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical staff.
SPC knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify issues and risks with project teams during development.
Lead/participate in process improvement initiatives and introduce new equipment or processes.
Develop manufacturing work instructions and validation protocols.
Provide process support for clean-room sterile packaging and production.
Monitor timelines and project deliverables per approved plans.
Apply statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements.
