The candidate will validate machinery, implement process improvements, design shop aids, and perform product testing while developing hands-on skills with CAD tools and CNC equipment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a full-time student pursuing an engineering degree or recent graduate within six months.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work through technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Validate new and existing machinery.
• Create and implement process improvements.
• Design and manufacture shop aids.
• Conduct product testing, including documenting and analyzing results.
• Other duties as assigned
