Job summary

BETA Technologies is seeking a Change Analyst to support aerospace manufacturing initiatives, ERP-driven product lifecycle activities, and documentation for change management. The role requires STEM or business with operations focus, and strong communication, analytical, and data-analysis skills.

The candidate will coordinate engineering design changes, material requirements, and production planning within ERP systems, while contributing to ongoing efficiency and scalability initiatives.

How You Will Contribute To Revolutionizing Electric Aviation

• Facilitate coordination of new engineering design for aircraft systems
• Communicate material and inventory requirements to relevant operations teams
• Assist in the coordination of product lifecycle management from product ideation to change implementation within ERP systems
• Assist in defining scope and creation of documentation pertaining to change management and implementation
• Support procurement and production planning as a change analyst
• Use and maintain the current ERP system to improve production process and enhance production capability

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in STEM or Business with a focus in Operations
• General understanding of PLM systems such as Smarteam, 3DX, Siemens and ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Epicor
• Comfortable with frequent change of direction, dynamic work environment, and ability to perform under pressure
• Extremely strong communication skills
• Strong analytical problem-solving and thought leadership
• Skilled in mathematics, specifically in data analysis

Above And Beyond Qualifications

• 2+ Years experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment
• Engineering background or comparable technical knowledge
• Plex ERP Experience
• Exposure to rapid manufacturing growth and preferably startup experience

The wage listed here reflects our best faith estimate for this role. Compensation

$80,000—$95,000 USD
