• Coordinate introduction of new engineering designs across aircraft systems.
• Communicate material and inventory needs to operations teams.
• Support product lifecycle management from concept to change in ERP.
• Define scope of engineering changes and prepare change management documentation.
• Serve as a change analyst supporting procurement and production planning.
• Use and maintain ERP to improve production processes and capability.

You’ll join a collaborative, cross-functional team and play a key role in helping the business meet demanding manufacturing targets while maintaining rigorous quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the introduction of new engineering designs across aircraft systems
• Communicate material and inventory needs to the relevant operations teams
• Support product lifecycle management from early concept through to change implementation in the ERP system
• Help define the scope of engineering changes and prepare change management documentation
• Serve as a change analyst supporting procurement and production planning
• Use and maintain the ERP system to improve production processes and capability

Required Qualifications

• Degree in a STEM discipline, or in Business with an operations focus
• General understanding of PLM systems and major ERP platforms
• Comfortable with shifting priorities, a fast-moving environment, and working under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead on new ideas
• Solid mathematical ability, particularly in data analysis

Desirable Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment
• Engineering background or comparable technical knowledge
• Experience with a cloud-based manufacturing ERP system
• Exposure to a rapidly scaling manufacturing environment
