Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Orlando, FL seeks a Subcontractor Engineering Change Analyst to evaluate proposed subcontractor design changes, create and track change requests in product data management tools, and drive the configuration change board process. Your role centers on translating technical impacts into actionable plans for engineering, supplier quality, and global supply chain partners.

You will coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve gaps, ensure compliance with configuration

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance with 5-year background investigation.
• Experience with Life Cycle Product Data Management tools, specifically Windchill.
• CCB (Configuration Change Board) understanding including implementation activities.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and documentation.
• Experience working with internal and external customer teams including subcontractors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Responsibilities

• Analyze subcontractor engineering change proposals to assess impacts on product and system baselines.
• Generate, submit, and maintain change requests within the product data management system (Teamcenter, ENOVIA, Windchill).
• Set up and manage end-to-end change request workflows with required reviews and approvals.
• Coordinate with engineering, supplier quality, global supply chain, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting minutes, and action items for the subcontractor configuration change board.
• Track and report change status, risks, and schedule impacts to senior leadership.
• Continuously improve change management processes and documentation standards.
