Primary Responsibilities

The Engineering Change Analyst will work closely with Design Engineering and the Change Management team to facilitate changes within the Supply Chain department. The role leads the engineering change process, coordinates with key teams to minimize disruptions, oversees change notification workflow improvements, and manages KPIs.

  • Assist with the Change Notice (CN) process: manage engineering change execution manually until the new workflow is implemented; then lead rollout and continuous improvement of the CN implementation workflow.
  • Facilitate the CN workflow project to implement a new engineering change implementation workflow end‑to‑end.
  • Serve as the liaison between Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Suppliers to minimize disruption, control costs, and maintain product integrity during changes.
  • Create detailed CN implementation plans, including material disposition, inventory management, and supplier readiness.
  • Track progress and communicate: monitor CN status, report to stakeholders and business units, and elevate risks as needed.
  • Define performance and accountability: develop KPIs and dashboards to measure throughput, cycle time, quality, and cost impacts; drive accountability across teams.
  • Serve as SAP SME across ERP modules (IBP, S/4HANA, PPDS, etc.); provide day‑to‑day support, resolve issues, and ensure system stability.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend SAP solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs; champion automation and SAP best practices.
  • Enable users: create user guides and deliver training sessions for SAP end‑users to ensure adoption and sustained performance.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP certifications (e.g., S/4HANA, IBP, PPDS) or equivalent demonstrable expertise.
