Job summary

Sotera Health is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineering Capital Projects Manager to drive complex capital projects across Sterigenics facilities, with primary focus on Ethylene Oxide technologies. You will lead budgets, schedules, scopes, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee, develop, and document xecutions, change control, and supplier contracts, while reporting progress and KPIs to senior management.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in engineering or other relevant technical field.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience in a process environment with hands-on involvement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills interfacing with stakeholders across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project budgets, schedules, scopes of work.
• Oversee installation, operation qualification protocols, and test plans per FDA/ISO.
• Lead multiple capital projects >US $50M and portfolios of smaller projects.
• Manage project managers and site teams across departments.
