Job summary

Sotera Health, a global leader in sterilization and lab testing services, seeks a Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across our facilities. Reporting to the General Manager with dotted line to Corporate Engineering, you will lead maintenance staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with EH&S and quality systems.

You will coordinate with Operations, Quality, and EH&S to align maintenance with production goals, schedule preventive maintenance, supervise contractors, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum five years maintenance experience with at least two years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
• Solid communications skills – listening, written, verbal, presentation, etc.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and understand engineering schematics.

Responsibilities

• General and preventative maintenance across assigned facilities.
• Maintain records per quality system requirements and ensure EAM data is up to date.
• Oversee maintenance budgets and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with Corporate Engineering on facility upgrades and capital projects.
• Supervise Maintenance Supervisors/Technicians and contractors.
• Ensure safety and EH&S standards are followed.
