Securityhunter, Inc. is seeking a mid-level CAD drafter to support our engineering team in Baltimore, with on-site onboarding for 90 days and a transition to a hybrid schedule.

You will develop detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD, collaborate with engineers, and ensure documentation accuracy across multiple projects. The role requires strong English communication, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to obtain necessary security clearances.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare shop drawings.
• Revise shop drawings based on engineer mark-ups until full project approval is achieved.
• Review designs and red lines for accuracy and quality.
• Prepare a final record set of shop drawings from approved mark-ups.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Successful engineering company seeks a highly motivated, detail-oriented self-starter to provide CAD drafting support to our engineering team. In this role, you will collaborate with project members in the design, development, and implementation of complex security initiatives.

Requirements

During the first 90 days, employees are expected to work on-site full-time for comprehensive onboarding and training. After this period, employees may transition to a hybrid schedule of three in-office days and two remote days per week.
