Job summary

Bechtel is seeking recent graduates for its University Hire Program to join full-time in locations across the USA. You will support engineering automation on major projects, gaining hands-on experience while collaborating with seasoned professionals.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or IT from an accredited college/university within the past 12 months or upcoming 12 months.
Eligible for the University Hire Program (typically within 12 months of graduation).
Willingness to relocate and travel to domestic and/or international project sites.
Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

Set up, install, support, configure, and implement automation software tools.
Investigate and resolve problems; provide information on software and systems to users.
Create user guides and training materials; customize applications per customer needs.
Develop work plans to accomplish tasks within budgets and schedules.
