Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a lead or supervisory role directing engineering automation or BIM teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and administration of Bechtel’s engineering application suite (3D/BIM tools, data docs, Aconex, Power Platform).
• Drive data flow from engineering to procurement, construction and startup.
• Manage and develop the engineering automation team and liaise with external partners.
• Define and enforce model standards, LOD, attributes, tagging and data requirements.
• Oversee BIM execution plans, model federation and exchange protocols.
• Support engineering innovation including scripting and AI-enabled solutions.
