Yoh Services LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our construction teams across diverse projects. You will assist project managers, serve as a liaison among clients, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders, and help keep projects on schedule and within budget.

What You'll Do:

As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll assist our project managers with a diverse range of projects, from small-scale initiatives to complex endeavors. You'll serve as a crucial link between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and smooth project execution. Your responsibilities will include managing project documents, tracking activities, coordinating schedules, and supporting project controls efforts — all while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and budget adherence.

Required Skills:

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Basic understanding of project management processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with document control, databases, and reporting tools

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
• Familiarity with construction safety protocols and environmental standards
• Prior experience in engineering or construction projects
• Knowledge of contract administration and RFP development

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
• Prior experience in project support or assistant project management roles
• Some exposure to EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Ability to travel to project sites as needed
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA safety training or PMP are advantageous

Estimated Min Rate: $47.50

Estimated Max Rate: $54.00
