Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- College degree or trade training in the engineering discipline preferred.
- 2 years hospitality maintenance engineering technician experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop PDPs, coach maintenance staff for performance development.
- Analyze staffing and resources to achieve results; assist in engagement plans and succession.
- Lead Brandhearted maintenance by prioritizing guest satisfaction and proactive problem resolution.
- Execute programs for unit maintenance, facilities, fleet, grounds, and housekeeping partnerships.
- Oversee maintenance programs, non-permitted repairs, and vendor contracts.
