Responsibilities

Support IT engineering applications with documentation, requirements gathering, testing, and project coordination.
Assist with engineering application modernization, system upgrades, and site technology initiatives.
Document processes, inventories, data flows, dependencies, and known issues.
Create and update troubleshooting guides, runbooks, and user-facing docs.
Coordinate meetings and testing across IT, engineering, vendors, and site teams.
Present outcomes and recommendations to IT and business stakeholders at internship conclusion.
