Vishay Intertechnology in Warwick, RI is seeking an Engineering & Technology Manager to lead the site's engineering organization, drive improvements in manufacturing performance, and support new technology initiatives.

You will partner with Operations, Quality, Product Marketing, and Sales to deliver reliable processes, implement automation, and develop high-performing teams.

Qualifications

  • Ten or more years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Five or more years of engineering leadership experience.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Semiconductor, thin film, microelectronics, precision manufacturing or related industry experience preferred.
  • Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of statistical process control and quality systems preferred.
  • Experience with automation and advanced manufacturing technologies preferred.
