Polluxa, Inc. is seeking an industrious professional to help improve organizational processes and systems in Lowell, AR. You will support data analysis through quantitative methods, programming, and optimization insights, and present findings to partners with guidance from senior team members.

The role focuses on solving process-improvement challenges by analyzing diverse data such as operations, pricing, finance, and customer information, contributing to actionable business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Acquire understanding of the organization's processes and systems to improve efficiency
• Gain awareness and knowledge of quantitative methods, computer programming, optimization, and/or solution design to support data analysis
• Solve problems related to process improvement by analyzing internal and external data, including, but not limited to operations, pricing, financial, and customer information
• Present findings and solutions to business partners and/or customers with guidance from senior team members
