Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field required.
• Experience leading process improvement, cost reduction, or new product/process integration projects.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor or lead teams in a manufacturing/technical environment.
• Proficiency with data analysis and statistical tools (Excel, Minitab, JMP, Python).
• Experience with Six Sigma DMAIC and manufacturing cost accounting.

Responsibilities
