Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking an Engineering/Technical Co-Op to support demand forecasting, lead management and reporting initiatives across the Business Unit. The role collaborates with Product Management, Customer Service and Operations to identify opportunities, analyze performance and develop actionable insights.

You will build reports and dashboards to track activity, forecast demand and capture leads, while assisting with SAP ERP transition tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within Excel.
• Experience with query languages and automation.
• Interest in business analytics and probability forecasting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical sales, customer quotes, and order data to identify potential leads.
• Develop reports and dashboards that track customer activity, demand forecasting and captured leads.
• Review Engineering and Sales processes to assist in automation for efficiency.
• Support Product Managers with business analysis, forecasting, and portfolio management activities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to identify target accounts and market opportunities.
• Help maintain and organize customer, demand forecast and engineered design databases.
• Assist with change management, data validation, and other projects related to the company's SAP ERP transition.
